1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (TOS) govern the sale of subscriptions to the CheckySEO Pro service.

• Prices are shown in euros including tax on the pricing page

3. Order and Payment

Payment is made via Stripe. The subscription is activated immediately after payment confirmation. Payment is recurring according to the chosen period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the subscription date, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at the email address indicated.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period. No partial refund will be made for the current period.

6. Refund

In case of authorized refund, it will be processed within 14 days of the request, using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction.

7. Service Availability

CheckySEO strives to ensure maximum service availability. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance or force majeure.
